Last week, Nick and I were lucky enough to capture the magical love between Margot and Stijn in Lisbon, Portugal.

On Saturday the whole bridge squad gathered in Margots hotel room to get ready for the day and meanwhile the groomsmen had a drink while Stijn finalised his vows. Afterwards we headed to the dunes for the first look, where Stijn was finally able to see his bride in her wedding dress for the first time. Then it was time for dinner and drinks at the most picture perfect beach location – Praia Princesa.

As the sun began to set, the whole wedding party catwalked down to the shoreline on a Rupaul’s Dragrace song! Striking poses left and right! With golden hour in the background, Margot & Stijns ceremony began unfolding, with the sunset as their backdrop.

The dads speeches ended up a little longer than expected so Margot & Stijn exchanged rings under the moonlight. Little did we know, Margot was night blind, but her dad came to the rescue with his flashlight during their vows. The cutest ending to a heartwarming and tear jerking celebration.

With Ed sheersan playing in the background, Margot and stijn opened the floor with their first dance, showing off some light acrobatics in the process. The night ended with drinks held high, squats down low and good vibes all around.
